Results of the semiconductor quantum dots structures study
are presented. Photothermal spectroscopy technique with gas-microphone
method of signal detection was used to obtain the intrinsic absorption
spectra of samples. The main advantages of this technique: 1) non-destructive
character; 2) high sensitivity, allowing to work with compact materials
as well as with porous ones; 3) possibility to study the structures
of any geometry.
