The paper presents results of the investigation in conductivity
of a metal/polymer/metal system at non-steady boundary conditions.
The boundary conditions were varied by two methods: 1) using melting
of one of electrodes; 2) using thermally stimulated structural modifications
in the nanocrystal electrode. An anomalous increase in the current
flowing through such a system was revealed. The results obtained are
discussed in terms of injection mechanism.
