Basing on the ferment activity analysis of acetylcholine esterase, butyrylcholine esterase, glucose oxidaze, urease, we have performed investigations on determination of heavy metal ions and phosphororganic pesticides in water solutions.  Since the above enzymes have different sensitivities to pesticides and metals, a method of their detection and content determination in solutions has been suggested. The pollution content was determined by estimation of residual activity
of ferment membranes after injection of analysed samples. We have used electrolyte-insulator-semiconductor sensors with silicon nitride ion-sensitive layers as transducers.
