Optical investigation in human's bile and gallstones

Absorption and photoluminescence spectra of human's bile were measured at 85 and 295 K. Specific spectra structure associated with gall pathology is considered. Intensity of absorption and photoluminescence spectra decreases as the micellogenesis process is recovered.
