Plane and cavity shaped non-selective sensitive elements of
pyroelectric detectors of radiation based on polar polyvinilydene
fluoride and its copolymers

Some aspects of application of polar polymer PVDF and its
copolymers P(VDF/TrFE) as materials of sensitive elements for plane-
and cavity types of pyroelectric detectors of radiation have been
considered. Model cavity-shaped sensitive elements based on the films
with uniform profile of pyroactivity distribution have been manufactured.
Obtained characteristics of dynamic pyroelectric response are similar
to those observed for plane elements based on LiNbO3 single
crystals and cavity-shaped elements based on PZT ceramics.
