Photopyroelectric characterization and polarization stability
of spin-coated corona charged P(VDF/TrFE) copolymer films

Undersurface pyroelectric probing of manufactured spin coated
corona charged P(VDF/TrFE) films of 2-20 mm thickness has
been performed. Frequency dependences of pyroelectric responce to
sinusoidally modulated radiation flux were studied in modulation frequency
range 10 Hz-100 kHz. Results of pyroelectric studies and conditions
of polarization stability improvement are discussed from the application
view point.
