Microstructure of amorphous films of
AIBi3C5VI system
(AI = Li,
K, Rb; CVI = S, Se) complex chalcogenides
has been studied by transmission electron microscopy and electron
diffraction. Some specific features of the microstructure have been
revealed, in particular, the columnar structure of the amorphous film
growth depending on their preparation conditions. The chemical composition
of the raw material has been found to affect the mean column diameter
in the amorphous films.
