Kinetic equations for Levy motion

For the Levy motion we derive fractional Fokker-Planck equation and fractional Einstein-Smoluchowski equation. We also derive generalized diffusion flow and get solutions of the kinetic equations in simplest cases, namely, (a) phase-space relaxation without an external field, and (b) stationary distribution of the Levy particles above the reflecting boundary in gravitation field. The obtained solutions generalize the known ones for the Brownian motion.
