Thermal neutrons flux measurements using detector 6LiI(Eu)-Si-PIN-PD and a charge-sensitive preamplifier

A method is described for measurement of the flux of thermal neutrons using detectors based on 6LiI(Eu) single crystal, a Hamamatsu Si-PIN-PD of S3590-01 type and a fast charge-sensitive preamplifier.
