The main dependencies of aluminum phosphate solubility in acid solutions at pressures from 4 up to 10 MPa and temperatures from 423 K up to 543 K have been presented. The optimum solvent for single-crystal aluminum phosphate is the solution containing 85% H2SO4 and 15% HCl concentrations of both acids being 7.68 M. High values solubility are obtained for pressures of 10 MPa. Our researches are useful for determining the physical conditions that are essential for the formation of aluminum phosphate single crystals in lab conditions.
