The main temperature dependences of UHF characteristics have
been investigated for high-temperature superconducting (HTSC) (YBa2Cu3O7-delta)
microstrip resonators (MSR) on (10,2) oriented Al2O3
substrates. The experimental dependences are compared with those of
copper analogs. To calculate the HTSC resonator properties, a theoretical
model of a coupled MSR has been developed basing on the phenomenological
loss equivalence method.
