Photoexcitation and luminescence spectra of thin Bi2WO6
films have been investigated under photo-, laser, and X-ray excitation.
Using the Alentsev-Fock method, the luminescence spectra have been
subdivided into elementary components. Luminescence spectra of thin
Bi2WO6 films have been found to consist of three bands
with maxima at 2.93, 2.35 and 1.9 eV, respectively. It has been
determined that the luminescence band with a maximum at 2.35 eV
is a superposition of two close bands. An interpretation of bands
separated has been considered.
